We offer newsletters which we use to inform interested parties. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers for our newsletter with your explicit consent. Every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe.
If you fill in a contact form on the website, or email us, the data you send us will be retained as long as the nature of the form or the content of your email is required for the full response and handling thereof.
If this is necessary for the service, we may collect location data (GPS). Your permission will be requested at that moment. This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of e.g. the navigation/map software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by e.g. Google or Apple itself. We use Google Analytics to monitor how users use our website. We have a processing agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not permitted Google to use the acquired Analytics information for other Google services, and, finally, we have made the IP addresses anonymous.
We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to limit misuse and unauthorised access to personal data.
Disclosure of data to third parties
In particular cases, we have to engage third parties to support us in performing certain work.
